You can change text by radio canal. In the complete set there is a special adapter to which the keyboard from PC is connected.This adapter has radio transiver 433.92MHz. 

For change text you enter text on the PC keyboard to broadcast press “ENTER” button.PC for change of the text it is not necessary. The adapter has the small size and has power supply 9V.You can enter the text up to 230 symbols

The text on a LED panel is displayed by font Times New Roman. The LED panel stores the entered texts.

This device is purposed for installation on a car roof to display any information.

You can change a corner of inclination LED of the module for the best perception.
